During ww2 the airplane fire a bullet but have a limitation regard the enjine power.
http://www.modellisti-it.org/newsite...gni%20081a.jpg loock this immage this is Macchi 205. when shooting with the gun in a plane of World War 2 there are limitations on the synchronized propeller aircraft and cannon shot. Targett says this: do not shoot below 1000 rpm in sow exist this type of limitation? |
Don't you think it's funny only Italian aircraft had this kind of limitation?
|
Hmm... good info anyway. Thanks.
|
Synchronized MGs were invented in WWI.
In WWII,that kind of stuff must already been well knew by all aircraft producers. |
Well you better also make sure the guns in your Spitfire are heated up enough to fire and the air pressure in the tanks has built up as well :D

Good point Xilon X, Thanks for posting!

in sow we have complex engine management and also army limitation for type of engine.
yes yes also 109 have limitation also p51 and another airplane have this limitation regard army or prexure or engine rpm. Sow have complex engine management not is il-2. |
a.) Never heard of it, and
b.) I definitely don't want this feature in the game. The Macchi info is irrelevant, in what situation do have less than 1000rpm? On the ground or you have a stalled engine. In the latter situation you don't need the prop anymore... Spit: This would kill instant action on full real servers - imagine you have to fly around for 15min till you can pop your first round. That would be so AWSOME! No. Well, it's not like I cared, because I never fly red, but anyway |
