2 Questions
 

First, I can't seem to get units to exit vehicals when I want them to. I try to mess around with the actions and waypoints but I still can't figure it out.

Second, is it possible to make aircraft take off and land?

I don't know about the units exiting vehicles but to make aircraft take off and land, you have to hit the space bar, like a piece of artillery.
