what..?! i bought the game online but arent you supposed to recieve an email about what the serial number is or something so why didnt i get one? please help! this is gay!

Login in with your username and password and you will find your serial number along with your other purchases.

You should click the button "личный кабинет" and choose the first point - "Доступные услуги". There you will find the serial.

In russian it is called: "код активации"
It must be in this section if bought the game via 1c-online shop.
