An item name I forgot.

There was this item that gave +15 percent physical resistance. I think they are boots but I'm not sure, might be something with scales I think.

Anyone knows what item I'm talking about?

Twinkling Boots, I believe. They seem to be scale mail made, so that's why you think it's scaly. :)
