CD-Key Blocked
 

Hi !

I bought Men Of War, 11. May 2010 from "Prisma" (Finnish shopping centre, not online store). and today i logged in and tried to play game. after 5 seconds when i logged in i got message.. "CD-Key Blocked"... Sooo.. Whats wrong ?

No, i havent downloaded any hacks used any bad words etc. i havent breaked any rule. as far as i know.

my game name is xPandaO

It is strange but 3 more people have the same problem. All of them played the Victory Day Edition before buying the full MoW.

when you have played "Victory Day Edition" you must delete "testkey" first.

start windows "regedit.exe" and navigate to key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\1C\Men of War]

on right window you can see you login name with CD-key.
a.) doubleklick to name and write your new cd-key (ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678-IJKL).
b.) or ... mark this line -> right mouse -> delete.

start MoW -> login -> [b.) enter your cd-key] -> play.

Still getting same error, i havent played "Victory Day" edition, O_o



i bought it 11. May from Prisma, and i havent played Victory Day Edition.. So i dont have "test key", only "bought key" and it got blocked, for no reason :/

I sended message to that email address.. about 7-8 hours ago. and no reply yet...

Its damn frustrating cos i have only played the game for.. about. 13 days ?? and now i cant.. i just love this game

Damn it.. They dont even belive me that i have bought that game :((

I payd 20€ for that game. its pissing me of damn it -.-

Maybe Prisma shouldn't be selling the game. I don't know, so many people are stuck with a ban.

But when i tried to return the game to store and get new one to it, they just said to me that i dont have "proof of purchase" (Little ticket)

COS I THREW IT TO OUR FIREPLACE !!! :(

Just keep contacting 1C support. That is about all you can do now, so just keep at them till they give you something good. Spam their email if you must.
