Triada Al Ariash mission (spoiler)
 

I am now trying to make this mission with escorting tranports to the portal, i mostly make it, but at the portal is SAM with Magnitocore and he is immortal.
He killed the transports.

Make someone this mission , with how strategy ? I am using using fitghers to cover the north and Rhino to cover the west path from USS station.

If you noticed when the transports get blown, you fail the mission but strangely the game doesn't immediately end and in fact your team has a short conversation. That's pretty much a sign that you're not supposed to or even able to finish the mission successfully. You will automatically get another mission to leave the system, and once you do the endgame cutscene will play. That's it. Yeah, it's a pretty crap ending, thankfully not all of them are that bad.

Hint: for a different ending, back up a bit to the decision point whether to kill Tan Imu or not. That's about 2 systems back if I'm not mistaken.

I made it, but the end is sad.

The main strategy is only to eliminate the SCH ships and quickly scram to the portal.
I was thinking that there would be another mission to destroy SAM. Yea better is not eleminate Tan Imu.
