The PS3 patch for il-2 sturmovik Bop
 

The patch for ps3 that everyone has been talking about is it out and how can you tell if the game has already downloaded it or not if not downloaded how do you go about doing that please reply asap Thank You tc :grin: Ps. hope its easy to download :confused:

It should be automatically downloaded. You can probably tell if it is downloaded if your P-51 doesn't fly like a brick. I really, really wish they could at least just patch that one little problem for xbox... :(

If you have your ps3 connected to the internet it will update the first time you start the game.

You can tell if it's downloaded or not because you have to actively cancel the download and it will sign you out of PSN if you do. This of course assumes your PS3 is connected to the internet when you switch it on, and it auto-signs you into PSN.

I never was prompted to download an update, and my P-51 still flies like a brick. Is there anyway to prompt a download start online? Or maybe a way to install it from a flash drive?

Everytime you start the game it automatically searches for a update. If it hasn't I don't know what to say except make sure you are signed in to psn before you start the game.

Well on the 360 version when you try to start a MP game it auto-searches for DLC and updates. So if the PS3 version is similar you could probably try that. If you are able to play in a MP match against other people then you would already have the update.
