Connection bug

Hi,

I can't play in multiplayer. When I connects me in multi a message say that "your series' number is blocked" my series' number is HCWT-F2XC-BVZK-YNTB

Please help me

You might just be banned for some time. Obscene language is what most people get banned for. Could be a glitch, too.
