Any sky is home for me?

Does that mean each individual map variation, Or just Dover, Berlin, Stalingrad etc etc?

For bonus points when it says Win however many of whatever does that mean highest score in the server or just be on the winning team?

I think maybe it's every sub-map, but I'm not sure
