Launching the game
 

Hello, I have a very simple problem : the game doesn't launch. At all. I double-click on 'thegame', the small Vista 'working' icon appears for a fraction of seconds, and that's it.

Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Please send me your DirectX Diagnostics in a .txt file on support@1cpublishing.eu , so I can get detailed about your hardware configuration.
To create DxDiag.txt, do the following:

1) click Start icon at the left bottom of your screen *
2) click Run... then type "dxdiag" and hit Enter
3) click the "Save all Information" button, located at the bottom of the program window
4) save the file as "dxdiag.txt"
5) attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to email

*If you don`t have "Run" option in your Start menu, press Winkey+R on your keyboard.
