Cant Change settings in TOW2

Im trying to change my settings for my tv in TOW2 but nothing is saveing my settings any work around ?

Settings aren't saved because your Vista or 7 OS doesn't allow the game to write anything into its folder. To enable ssaving settings and saves, run the game using 'Run as Administrator' context menu option (right-click on executable or shortcut).
