Men of War is the greatest ever WWII RTS relative to its competition.

...and this coming from someone who has played the Avalon Hill board games back in the day, and also remembers the PBEM "Panzer General" series put out by SSI in 1995 and the hoopla surrounding that beauty, and most recently, the now "arcady-looking" Company of Heroes.

I cannot say enough about how impressive is this new offering, Men Of War. What I like most is the incredible Historical Accuracy of the units (the Pershing Tanks FIRING RANGE is a game changer!). This game flat out rocks.

No one should ever consider this game to ever be "popular", as it simply is "too difficult" to play and not "arcady enough" for most. THIS GAME IS FOR GROGNARDS, plain and simple.

I am quite impressed with it.
