Why are things like patches and FAQ locked on home page?

When I first go to the KB's homepage, a bunch of things on the left are locked.
What is this about?

Well, the pathes are locked because there is no new patch (game version is 1.2). As for the FAQ, I guess it hasn't been written yet. I was wondering about that myself, but when I saw the KBTL page, every patch was available, so I surmised there was no need for unlocking unless there's something new.

I think it's more about the existence of the page in the language you selected. The russian page everything is available as for the english version you get the locked page you listed.
