Thanks, just ordered and about to download the two titles. Do I have to download and install the patches or does Steam do this with all of their downloads? Thanks again.

Yes, Steam automatically updates the game for you. Red Tide already has the patch applied.

I got this deal too, the best $12 I ever spent...
