King's Bounty crashing

Hi

I bought King's Bounty: The legend a while ago, played it a little. But now, I reinstalled the game on my new pc with Windows 7 32bit and after a few minutes of playing the game freezes staying like this until i reset my pc.
I tried playing with the game version that i bought and using patch 1.7, which didn't help at all. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Here are a few of my system specs, i am sure i can run it fine because the pc i tried it on when i bought it was running fine aswell on low/medium settings:
My current pc:

Windows 7 32bit
intel(r) Core 2 Duo 2.42 ghz
Nvidia Geforce 9800gtx+
5gb ram of which my pc can only use 3.25gb
320 gb HDD

My old pc:

windows xp 32bit
Intel(r) pentium 4 3.2 ghz
Nvidia geforce 7200 gt
3gb ram
160 gb HDD

If you want more details like DxDiag, just tell me.

Thanks in advance.

Teino

PS. My english isn't very good because im a 13 year old dutch boy :)

The newest win7 nividia drivers are pretty troublesome, also things like antialiasing should be turned off

I will try without AA, i will tell you it it fixes it.

EDIT: Tried without AA and Vertical Sync, King's Bounty still freezes.
EDIT 2: I even tried running it in windows xp service pack 3 compatibility and running as Administrator.
EDIT 3: I will try playing it on my father's pc, an even more powerfull pc with windows vista, just to see if it's my pc and not that the game was not installed right.

I had a lot of crashes which I fixed by downgrading the nvidia driver. 195.xx lots of crashes, 190.xx troublefree.

PS: I wish I spoke English like that when I was 13 ;)
