Where to recruit Paladins (cleared most of Verona)
 

I'm trying to build a stack of Paladins, but only found a dozen between scarlet island and belos. I cleared most of the verona and have the map for the upper left island, tekron? I haven't been able to find any more to recruit though. Thanks.
