I need help!!!

I have a problem when I installed the update v1.16.4 on the computer and press start a window comes up that says d3dx9_40.dll missing.
what should I do?

Download the .dll here:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?d3dx9_40

Place it somewhere safe, and then try again.
