or rather which values to change to increase leadership? XD

Well, I believe it may be possible to mod the game. You just need to find the file where the multiplier (or the class leadership value) is found. It's 10 for mage, 15 for Paladin and 20 for Warrior.

If you can find it and change these values, you should be able to increase the leadership per level.

hero.txt is the file you are looking for.
Is located in "session\addon\ses.kfs.

how do i open hero.txt in the ses.kfs file?

kfs files are archive files. Use winrar to extract the hero.txt file

OR you could just use Shift + ~ and type "Leadership <#>" way easier than editing files ;)
