Peasants? Is this mainly some sort of defensive type unit?
 

Is the Peasant a mainly defensive expendable unit? For example using it as a blockade to soak up damage instead of that damage being dealt to another one of my minions?

Basically it's a terrible unit with no skills whatsoever. You can do better. ;)

The peasant is a worthless piece of junk :) I must admit he can do some wicked damage when you recruit them in numbers and you have a tank with target (so that the peasants don't get slaughtered), but who needs slow-moving peasants when you can have the same amount of fast-moving faeries and agvares to boost their attack? :)

Thanks, that's kind of what I thought, I don't feel bad dumping it out of my army in favor of the other creature that I added now.
