Installation Problem
 

I just bought this game today, when installing, around 60% on voice_eng.pak or something like that, it says

An error occurred while trying to copy a file: The source file is corrupted.

I click retry but it keeps not working, what should i do, it gives the option to skip it.

Well, funnily enough the voices are one of the least liked feature of the game - So you may actually enjoy it better without :P However i can't say for sure whether the game will continue to run without it.

As the error says, the file is corrupted - I'm not sure if there is a known solution for this, you'd have to get the game again i believe.
You could try contacting the place you got the game from (steam/gamersgate etc..) they should offer a refund or a replacement considering the product is faulty.

thanks, It works, but whenever I try to join a game on multiplayer with version 1.16.4 it always say desychronized resources, and I can't join.

Hmm, i checked, I am missing C:\Program Files\Aspyr\Men of War\resource\voice_eng.pak. The very file that was corrupted, that might be why I can't join any games online too. Should i get a new game or is there some way i can get this file?

I have the same desychronized resources problem, still haven't fixed.
I believe the cause of this problem is because I accidently saved over a MP map in the game editor. Your problem is most likely because of a corrupt file.

You could try reinstalling but it didn't seem to work for me.

You could ask for someone to send you their voice_eng.pak or whatever it is you need.

Would someone do that? That would be awesome, or should I get tech support and see if they could send me it?

Could someone please send me one. I'd be so grateful, I'll try to uninstall and install again to see if it will work. Then if not could someone please send me one.

Ok, the reinstall did not work. Could someone please just upload their voice_eng.pak somewhere where i can download it please! It really isn't that hard, could someone please do that for me, I'm missing sounds and I can't play multiplayer.

Please someone reply! I need this file. Couldn't anyone just upload it somewhere and send it to me. Please.

or ask Aspyr-Support or redownload y Aspyr-Men-of-War new again.
