How come i cant play multiplayer?

ive heard that multiplayer is a massive part of this game but for some reason it wont work,

ive signed up and everything but when i go into the lobby all the games are dimmed out

,i dont understand why and its driving me crazy. help please!!

I think you have the first version of this game and you must patching your game at Official Patch 1.11.3 Update!
