Giving orders Training mission Problem
 

I can't get past the Give me cover order, he keeps saying that I must order them to cover me, so I do but nothing happens. can anyone help me?

I thought in training it is just you in the air with no wingmen. Am I wrong?

Are you just pressing left, when you should be pressing down then left. Or vice versa?

I can't remember the mission, so just guessing...

I'm doing it correct I think.

Is there a patch released?

For arcade/realistic mode; Pick a target and lock on with the left trigger. Now press DOWN on the D-Pad, then LEFT on the D-pad.

DOWN= All flight members
LEFT= Attack my target

I think left is cover me, up is attack target and right is proceed with objective.

OP, are there enemy planes around? It's possible the goal won't succeed until your wingmen have actually covered you. Once you've given the order, try getting some enemies to chase you...

I don't think this will be addressed in the patch because as far as I know, it's not a common or known issue.

Yes, I'm doing Down and then left on the D-pad.
So they attack the only enemie plane and then there is no plane left..

I will try again and see if it does work now.
