The end of german cockpits?
 

Apologise if theres a recent thread covering this but ive not been on here for a while and cant find anything recent covering this. It seems theres been a lot of discussion recently about dlcs but no mention anymore on this or the other il2 forum about releasing german cockpit dlcs! Is it now accepted that this aint gonna happen or am i missing something. Any info on this would be gratefully received as although i eagerly awaited this game for over a year the lack of german cockpits and a few other more minor things gave the game a lifespan of about a week with me. I even spent 200 quid importing the hori flight stick which is now gathering dust. Dont get me wrong, love so much aboutthe game but feels reaaaaalllyy incomplete.

I believe the devs said that the cockpits of at least the 109 and 190 will come in DLC.
They are not in the DLC that came out yesterday, because they had been working on that DLC even before the game was released, and probably it was finished before they said the german cockpits will come.

So I think they will be included in some DLC or update.

Thanks 4 the reply morgoth, I read that earlier aswell but it doesnt seem to have been mentioned for a long time. Its conspicious in its absence from the confirmed list of changes listed on the other for.um

The topic was beaten to death, answers were given and a process that takes time was started. Not much else to say about it, no need to harp on it for no further purpose.

I hardly think "it will probably be available in some dlc in the next few months" is really an answer, especially when it doesnt appear in the list of confirmed features. So ill "harp on" about it til I know something!

give it roughly a month mate before the patch comes out. Give or take a few days. So the german cockpit WILL be here soon, don't worry.

Gutted though because OFPDR is out on friday and thats going to be epic, followed by COD:MW2 in a months time. This game will be gathering dust now i fear so may as well trade it in :(

Someone know if Ta 152 and P47 have a cockpit view in the DLC?
