i think its fine as long as the planes are obviously overpowered for the gametype (ie arado/b17 for strike)

i dont care if people want to bring jet fighters though , just because they are fast doesnt mean they can just easily get kills

I voted no once the host has set the year etc then if there is a plane still avalible for use you should be able to use you payed for the game should be able to play with what ever plane is avalible with the hosts settings ..

this is my last post on this subject as its getting very tedious now

It doesn't really bother me, although I can see that it would be very difficult for the host to enforce his wished as most people won't play by the rules, and that will lead to lots of delay's in starting games, as well as empty matches.

I'd rather that we had the option to manually select what planes could be selected, so that we could do proper(ish) historical battles.

It never happened to me so far, but I would leave the room the very second the host would tell me to change my plane because he doesn't like it.

And I would do this even if he asks me to take a plane that I usually like flying

I'm fine with the limitations the game offers and if the host want to enforce more rules, then he can do that. But without me :)

I play with no mic and everybody muted, so if the host has been yelling at me for my plane choice, I'm never going to know about it :)
