Working as a team
 

I've been in a few team games online now and they tend to descend into 1 on 1 fights with the occasional cry of "arrrg I've got 3 on me...help!" (or something more obscene along the same lines).
A few time I've tried sticking with a friendly plane in an effort to lend a helping hand but without knowing any usefull tactics I've just ended up presenting what's little more than a 2 for 1 kill opportunity to the other team so I've decided to try and find some info on working with a wingman.

I found this after a quick google search, anyone want to add more online resources?
