CEM off & Engine Overheating on troubles
 

I notice that by choosing the two options "Complex Engine Management" DISABLED and "Engine Overheating" ENABLED in the "Difficulty" menu, the operation of the radiator flaps depends exclusively on the oil temperature and NOT on the water temperature ( or cylinder head - in air-cooled engines). This causes frequent overheating, which in turn compromises the playability, forcing the player to get distracted to try to fix what should happen automatically, greatly reducing the power of the engine, to its disadvantage towards the AI.

The problem can be easily solved by disabling the "Engine Overheating" option as well, but doing so does not allow the player to deal with the management of the engine temperature, so realistic starting from version 4.11, when this is really necessary.

I would suggest, in the next version, to remedy this problem. Thank you.
