fullscreen display issue with dx10 mode
 

when running in dx10 mode 1920by1080 the game displays in the upper left part of the screen and the rest of the screen is gray. the game plays fine and looks normal except for being smaller and up in the corner. Any assistance is appreciated. please let me know if a screen shot is needed.
