Buy & download fails

Hi!

I tried to purchase King's Bounty via your buy & download site but I get the error message:

Your payment was not accepted

I tried to pay via Visa card and I tried to pay via EC too. Both resulted in the same error.

What goes wrong?

Thanx for the clarification. I did already contact the Metaboli support yesterday but did not yet receive an answer (besides the default reply...).

Maybe the reason for the problem is that the price for King's Bounty is 'wrong' on the 1C Company website. It is only EUR 12,49 and therefore I'm tempted to purchase it there whereas everywhere else it is at least EUR 24,95.
