Princess Amelie and Bill Gilbert Double Teaming Question!

I have seen a screenshot of them joining forces to defeat Archdemon Baal once and for all but I have a question, does your 'Bill Gilbert' have access to the Chest Of Rage? I sure hope so.:confused:
