Weird bug
 

It seems nobody moves anymore on the map. Everyone is suddenly 'frozen'. Is this due to the patch?
I myself can still move perfectly normal.

I think not, because is the first time I hear this happen; happened always on the same point?

Dunno i haven't tried earlier saves yet as I really don't feel like redoing a portion of the game.

Basically all of them are on 'waiting' when you scroll over them.

EDIT: Odd now it's gone. I reinstalled the patch and... solved. Weird.
