Can't pick up the axe

Hi,

I've got a problem with the scene with the dive-suit. As soon as the "zombi" drop the axe to attack my friend, the axe disappears.
Also, I can't see any of the water "blocks" at some doors.

I've got Win 7 64b and an ATI 5870
