Way to change MAIN player model or adjust camera view?

Hey guys, I'm new and just got Death to Spies 1 and have been browsing the forum. I don't see anything mentioning this so I'll ask:

1.) I know there's a way to change NPC player models, but is there a way to change the MAIN character's player model, perhaps using this method or a method similar?:

2.) Can the console be used to adjust the camera? Sometimes I'd like to take screen shots or simply see my guy in his new attire from the front-side, but the camera only likes a 3rd person behind the back approach.

Use setv cl_camplayer 0 and setv cl_camplayer 1 console commands.
To rotate camera use R and T buttons.

I could have sworn I saw a death to spies 2 on a game site somewhere. If I come across it again ill post it here.
