Spitfire problem

Sometimes when I make a very sharp turning or recover from a deep dive, it happens that after the "black curtain" I can't hear anymore the engine (but it's full working) and the aircraft is totally out of control; I can't even bail out. It happens only with the Spitfire. (the Bf109 usually loses one wing in that situation :)). Does it maybe mean that the pilot vanished?

with or without Team-Fusion patch?
Could the missing engine-sound be the negative g-cut-out?

I have current patch, 3.01. No, it's not the well known negative g effect: in that event, only the engine is cut out but all other commands are fully effective. In my case also the cloche doesn't work. I don't know how it lasts, as I never could get out of that before crash.
