Cannot Complete Mission 2
 

I cannot get past the second mission, I defend the carrier ship and escort the hargen ships to the planet.

Once I enter the planet I get a task complete message and then the new task message.

After this point I get two lines of garbled text, one of them in red so I can only assume that I have not done something but I have no idea what.

The mission then ends, has anyone else experienced this?

If anyone has completed this message could you please tell me how?

I'm not sure this will help, but here are videos from Mission 2. There is a small attack when you reach the planet, and then you just have to group up with the captain again to launch back out of there.

thanks for the videos, the problem I have is that once I get into the planets atmosphere the mission ends, you have not had this problem.

My ship did take damage during the initial space battle, I wonder whether this has anything to do with it?

when you get the new task on the planet it is to 4/escort hagens 5/a bit of a scrap
6/cover walker 7/return to carrier with walker.job done

I sorted it eventually, the problem was that I had sustained damage in the fight in space before entering the planet (the top two lines were empty in the top left of the screen).

I restarted the fight, got no damage and I could then complete the mission.
