VSync?! Please Someone!!

Really want to play this game, but can't find an option to turn vsync on in the options (and it's a bit rubbish that the specs don't allow 1920 x 1080?!)

anyone know how to turn vsync on????

tried in the config file but found nothing!

gtx295
i7950 @ 3.07ghz
6gig ram
