Camera Mod for Screenshots etc. v1.00
 

Since something like an "F9" Mod was mentioned elsewhere, Screenshot junkies might want to take a look at this:

It enables you to move around with the camera in all directions, zoom in/out, tilt etc.
No known incompatibilities with other mods despite PAL's VisualMod, should work with any base game version, be it 4.09, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13 or whatever else.
