very low fps problems
 

Ive owned this game for a while now and still cant get it to play right on my computer .. Ive got a radeon HD4200, 4 gb memory, 500 gb hd, athlon dual core 2.1ghz .. Ive set all of my amd control center settings to performance and also set all of the games display settings as low as possible and i cant seem to get more than 6 - 8 FPS ( not playable ) i realize my computer is prety slow/weak by todays standards but according to the "minimum system requirments " for this game i should be able to atleast play it ! any idea's on what to do to increast my fps? thanks!
