Help With error!!

Hey Guys.. I am getting this error.. i have no clue why?, Any help would be appreciated. So far its only on chapter 1 when i first go to fight those flying flaming angels. Then it sends me to my desktop with this.

Here's my setup:
Windows 7 Home Premuim (64 bit)
AMD Phenom II x6 1090t 3.20 ghz
8 gigs of ram
DX 11
Geforce GT 710

I have already put the 1.2 Patch on it. Also, I have the dvd of the game.. so its not bought on steam.. I bought it from Walmart a looong time ago.

Any Help is Appreciated.
