hi all
its any one can tell me where its relocated stefan uribe after the quest that you have to scort him to secret harbor?
cause after finish the quest they dissapear from the harbor and i soupose they return to calicantinos
but when i go to calicantinos again to recoveer the man i left there for make room for uribe i see uribe its not in calicantinos
after this i waited for several days there for if they return
but after a week i cant see them in calicantinos at his habitual place and i searched for his blue dot over the minimap and nothing about him
please help i dont want search every city and spot on the country map search for him

I don't know about your case, but in my case after escorting him to Secret Harbor, Stephen Uribe was back in Calicantinos in the same spot he was before. After talking to him in Cali I offer to hire him for my personal army base, he then goes there.

Questions about Uribe
 

Uribe agreed to go to my Army base and he beat feet out the back of his shop in Cali. That was a couple of days ago. How long does it take for him to travel on his own? If I had made room for him in my squad, would that have been a faster way to get him to the Base? I'd like to order some more weapons from him.
