Where can you find some detailed info?

Anyone found a fan site that has some detailed info on the game? I am dying for some detailed charts. Unit descriptions. List of all perks ext. ;)

If even the official forums are eerily silent of any discussion whatsoever, I doubt there will be many such fansites out there. :(
