Men of War: Red Tide Available for Download

Men of War: Red Tide, a stunning mixture of RTS and a third-person action, is now available for digital download from GamersGate and Steam.
Steam offers two different versions: Men of War: Red Tide and Gold Edition, which also includes original Men of War.

I read somewhere that it won't, it will be download only... similar to the Red Alert 3 expansion....
