Bug at Main Menu or after Loading

Hi
I got a error message. Sometimes it comes directly when goin to main menu and sometimes it comes after Loading a new game.
Here is a screen of my error message:

Graphics Card Drivers and DX and all other stuff is actual.
My System:
IntelCore2Duo @2,66GHz, Geforce 8800GTS (640MB) and 2GB Ram

Can someone helpm me or someone maybe knows what this messages says?
