Appealing view
 

In the blueskies trailer just before half way, there is a segment where the camera is right behind your plane as it is engaged in dogfights. It would be interesting to see this style of camera view implemented ingame as an option.
The reason is that after watching actual ingame footage, having your plane sitting perfectly centred to the screen gives an artificial toylike appearance, removing you from the experience.
Whereas having the camera view closer and reacting slightly to the planes inertia, gives a far greater feeling of realistic immersion, and you could still have your targeting centred in the middle of the screen.
