Sure truckers do a lot of things in real life, but you dont expect everything to be modeled do you? I'm pretty sure you dont get to see when the trucker goes to the bathroom, showers, and etc.

Plus this game is family oriented and if there will be romance as the developers said there will be, there wont be any hookers or any sex. Even asking such a question is so absurd its beyond my understanding why you asked it.

Having those features would really draw attention to the game though, but not neccessarily the good one.

If this is what you like to see in a game? If thats so, here's a few more suggestions: bird droppings, filthy restrooms, road trash, road kills, low suger level and candy bar eating, candy paper trash inside truck, drive in restaurants, food trash inside truck, truck cleaning, accidental burbs, cell phone calls from angry wifes, dirty clothes, drunk drivers, malfunctioning AC and window defrosting, etc.
