I have patched the game up to 4.13.4 but on my loading screen I have 4.13.1 is this as it should be?

v4.13.4 should be shown when correctly patched.

Someone can make a megapatch from 4.07m to 4.15m? It takes so long to update from a clean install of the game with all those patches.

Not very easily. DT changed the way the patches were packaged. They quit using WinRAR with the v4.14m patch and created their own installer. You can however get a megapatch to take you to v4.12.2m.

Not a terrible compromise since most of the mod packages are v4.12.2 based.
