Navy torpedo bomber lvl bombing sight

Hi, is level bombing sight implemented for TBF1-c, TBF1-D, TBM, TBD and B5N? I know the sight on TBF 1942 is there and working and you can access it, but not the other aircraft.

Also, any tips on releasing the torpedos? Like speed, height and how much lead do I need. Thanx
