Parkan II loading screen wallpaper?

Hello 1C, I came here to ask the people or devs if there is any chance of getting the loading background picture from Parkan 2 in a bit higher resolution than the 1024x768 one provided in the game files? And also, while I'm at it, are there any plans for a sequel going on?
