Hard truck 2 King of the Road - transmission & swap drivers problem
 

Hi, I have two little problems.

1) Is there a way to upgrade transmission system (in the red circle)? I've searched everywhere to upgrade this but couldn't find.. :'(

2) Is there a way to swap places (Change Places) with drivers without trailers?
