It has come to my attention that you broke a international copyright when making your game, Theatre of War. The Theatre of War title belongs to Three-Sixty Pacific, for they released the multiplayer & single player video game, Theatre of War, in like 1994, you can find the game at Deals for a dollar.

Three-Sixty Pacific was closed in 1994
