Im afraid you're not alone. For now, I can barely play the game. Not even compatibility modes works any longer, it just keeps crashing xD...

They find a problem which perhaps can cause the access memory and it is related to sound library. They will correct it in patch 226.

The "space shadows" has been already signaled last week and will be done :) (don't know in what patch)

I keep crashing after a battle, the worst possible time, so I'm shelving this until it can be resolved. Far too annoying to lose the battle outright due to the CTD.
